hi, can anyone help me ??? mine has just gone tits up, when i turn it on now it wants me to register it again, no problem i thought, went to find the user manual and cd for the product key, GONE!! I have turned the bloody house upside down and had countless rows with the wife, but still no product key. Cant get any response at all from route 66 so i was wondering if any of you might be able to let me have a product key so i can get it running again.

No one is going to give you a product code, and if they did it wouldn't work, you need to find the original paperwork to do this.

Do you have a back-up copy of the device on the PC as it might be possible to re-install this to get the unit working, otherwise I would write to the software supplier (include a photocopy or the receipt to prove purchase) and see if they can assist - Mike
