1. Did you make a backup - if yes, then restore it.
2. It would pay to contact Tomtom and explain your predicament - they will probably help you.
3. If you know a "techy friend" who know Windows they may be able to recover the data file from the card for you.
I know there are other threads in the forum and they may give you better information.
When you get your software working again - do make a backup - it saves all this heartache.
Good luck

If you can find the Folder, and it contains Files, disconnect from PC.
Then do a 30sec Reset, a pin-in-the-hole job, and see if that works.
If you have no Map Folder, or the Reset doesn't work, take it back to the retailer and tell them it doesn't work!
When you have a working unit, DO A BACKUP, before you even play with it. _________________ Richard

I know it's not what you want to hear right now Nodz...
....but if you had time to mess about with it, then you had time to back it up! |
