how to remove all waypoints from steetpilot i3 at one time

i found i can't remove all the waypoints from 'my favorite' at my streetpilot i3, i can only 'delete' one by one, which is painful. How can i remove all those at one time?

A hard reset will remove them.

i taked to garmin support, the guy says there should be a 'remove all' at 'my favorites', however, it does not appear on my screen, yes, i did a hard reset, now all have gone, including my previous settings.

One experience from my side is that: be sure to use a battery even if u connect with your car with the plug, previously i found it is very slow at reaction when i pick the routine in the car, the reason now found out to be i did not use any battery...

Another option is the latest (still in beta) POI Loader, which has a "Remove all Custom POIs" option, which I believe should work with the i3.
