Reset it.......nothing
Unplugged Usb and plugged it back in, turned on the power......nothing.
TT home software .....nothing.
Plugged in my Usb mp3 player and the computer saw that.
Anyone?

Hi,
Could you not take it back to the place of purchase and ask them to replace it for you?... Just a thought! |

Thanks Noobiest.
For others with this problem, it's worth trying ALL combinations of TomTom on and off and PC on and off, when you plug in the USB (although v6 software now asks whether you want to connect so having the TT off may not do anything now. |
