| can any one help me with uploading speed cameras to the new tomtom one eu. tried and followed instructions with no joy prob missing something really simple......thanks |

What part of the procedure are you having trouble with?

If you have successfully downloaded the ZIP file, then if you are using XP then right-click and "extract all" or as you suggest use WinZip to extract the OV2s.
Presuming that you are following one of the guides here
