I am denied access to the speed camera data base. I am registered and paid up, but can't get to the final download page.

This is usually down to how you paid with PayPal. It seems very easy to end up unintentionally paying via something called e-cheques without realising. These take up to a week to clear the banking system.

Can you make sure that you have tried a 'hard refresh' on the age (hold down CTRL and press F5) and also that no virus, firewall or pop-up software is blocking the site? Also, please check internet explorer settings are not too high and that javascript is allowed.

It may be worth trying a different browser to access the page, something like FireFox or Opera as this has sometimes made a difference.
