I do not know the capabilty of my TOMTOM One regarding POI support, should I download/install the single file version, the 'consolidated by type or the comprehensive 'speed zoned/type' file? Thanks!

It is all documented on this Forum, so you are in the right place.....
The ONE will handle all 3 variants...it is purely User requirement that makes the selection.
If you want a system set up to alert you to any camera sites...Single
If you would also like to know what kind of camera site...Consolidated
If you would also like to know what speed is being enforced....Zoned.
Another consideration is the number of POI files you have &/or wish to have installed. The more others you have, the less room for PGPSW ( unless you thin the others out out ).
As you will understand, the more files you install, the more setting up ( not much, even for zoned ) but once it is setup, you're off.
Also, there are 2 installation methods....you can manually drag & drop the database files into your map folder ( download OV2 dB ) or use TomTom HOME to install ( download HOME dB ).
It is incredibly easy to do either, & should you get stuck, there are loads of happy souls that will offer advice or point you in right direction.
