Hi, I am a new user - just bought a Nuivi 300 and want to download the safety camera database - however i have a Mac and the various databases only seem to use Windows based software. Any suggestions? |

The database itself isn't the problem as that platform independent, but I don't think there is a mac version of Garmin's POI Loader software yet. |

I'm in a similar situation with a Nuvi 300 and a Mac
Is it possible to just drag and drop the files onto the Nuvi? And if so to which folder?

I don't think so, but I don't have a Nuvi...
On the TomTom you can just drag and drop, but I know that on Garmins you have to install ALL your POI files in one go, you can't add them one by one, and I've only ever heard of it being done with POI loader.
Clutching at straws here... is there a Windows Emulator for the Mac? |
