I have a Garmin streetploit i3..I downloaded the updates that was e-mailed to...when it was compleated and I came of line I could not open the unit..I press where to go and nothing happens..I have removed the chip and erased all information..now the po loader wont find the unit ...any ideas what I can do to get it working..it is only 2 weeks old...when ever I press a buttton it wont move any futher..so I am getting nothing
