|
|
When I set the brightness level on my Nuvi 310 to level 2 (two green segments showing) the backlight starts to flicker. Any other brightness level and the screen is fine - totally steady illumination.
Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just my unit? |

Does it make a difference if it is running of external or internal power? _________________ -----------------------------------

Every cloud has a silver lining.....
I would guess your nuvi has v8 maps? Well assuming its still well under warranty leave it another month or so in order that we are well in to V9 map territory then contact garmin requesting it be fixed?! Garmin are generally the model of customer service so will replace / repair the unit. Even if you purchased it before September 06 you could have a crack at getting V9 update FOC. Just a thought?
However contact Garmin support and the will most likely ask you to return it? Incidentally they replaced my i3 which developed dodgy buttons a week out of warranty. _________________ -----------------------------------
