I have downloaded the speed camera data base on to my i2 and it works ok, except I keep getting speed warnings i.e. 30mph in 40mph zones. Its where there is short stretches that changes from 30mph to 40mph and then back to 30mph. while I am in the 40 zone I am still getting 30mph warnings and it drives me mad as it interfers with voice instructions.
I only want the camera warnings can this be done? can the speed notifications be switched off? |

The i2 doesn't know the speed limit of the road you are on so these must be speed camera warnings, for cameras that are "off route". For example when approaching a 40mph dual carriage way if you are still on a 30 mph road then you will get 40mph warnings if a 40mph camera is close by even if not on the same road you are on.
When it happens what does it say at the top of the screen? |

The default warning distances are massive, that's what's really causing this problem - you might want to have a look at reducing them to something more manageable. |

As Ash10 has mentioned there is a tool avalible here (can't remember who makes it ) that can be used to adjust the warning timings.
Have a look at http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=43111 |
