Dear KS FOO,

we found potential problem in GPS-6031-X7 software. We will do our best to solve this problem in one week if possible.

We can accept your inquire below and will discuss this with our distributor later.

Dear Rikaline's User,

First at all, we deeply appreciate your fully support in Rikaline products.

Second, hereby we sincerely apologize for any problem we caused in GPS-6031-X7.
We keep our efforts to solve problems and provide more supports to you, but it is still not enough to us.
Now we found potential problem in GPS-6031-X7 software. We will take all responsibility for the BT GPS.

In order to solve the problem of GPS-6031-X7, we decide to take two actions at the same time.
1. We group a project team to modify the software problem within one week from Today.
2. We develop a new stable BT GPS instead of the GPS-6031-X7. For the new BT GPS, it will have a new shape but will be came out on next first of March.

As we can see, from now to next March, it still has two and half months waiting then a new BT GPS can come out.
During these two more months, we will do our best to provide an updated software to solve current problem on the end of December.
If you would like to wait our new BT GPS, we can replace it without any reason on next March.

Wish our action is helpful, and thank you again in your supports.
