I think that the maps are definately worth the money.I especially like the new way of showing exits on the motorway and the dual speed display. |

I was going to ask the same question. I don't make massive use of my One v1 but whilst I have the 2005 maps would it be worth updating ?
I cannot find any links to any screenshots of the new features like those mentioned above.
Any got a picture of the new features ?

Before the turn off from the A2 to Bluewater (Eastbound), Jane tells me to take the RIGHT turn with an arrow showing to bear RIGHT. This would be an interesting move to make to say the least, apart from that, I think the map upgrade is worth having. _________________ Go Classic

TTG 300
As it is my intention to download the new WE maps, I have ordered a new SD Card, a Viking 2GB High Speed X66, (£17-99 and free delivery from Directfoto). My question is: Prior to downloading the new maps, would it be avisable to copy my current SD Card onto the new one and then load the maps onto that?
On my current card I have the PGPSW camera database and camera voice warnings. |

That's the way I did it, makes it easier to copy over POI's etc, from the old map to the new map. _________________ Go Classic

Also, after you have copied you're old card to the new one, try it out before loading the new maps, just to verify that the new card works OK. _________________ Go Classic
