tt mobile how tocopyon memory stick

hi everybody i have a sony ericsson p910i smart phone not had it long just got tt mobile 5 for it .there is nothing in the book to help me through the task of loadind the software over to the memory stick and then how to move it from the stick to an active programme so i can registar the tt 5 with tomtom can any one out there give me an idiot guide to getting this up and running ,............thanks
