Hello all,
Am running the above phone on Orange PAYG, it connects with the tomtom with no problems, works for hands free making/ receiving calls, SMS, traffic etc. However every couple of minutes, the small phone and question mark icon appears in the bottom left hand side of the 700's screen, I reconnect it no problem, but a couple of minutes later it does it again, need to pick your brains, I know it's no a real problem, but its bloody annoying! Any advice is gratfully received _________________ Rover Sterling

Hi,
I have been have having alot of problems with my SE K750i and my TT700 so you are not alone.
My phone keeps disconnecting from the TT after about 2-5min.
I have had the standard response from SE telling me they do not support 3rd party bluetooth devices and at the minute Tom Tom are retesting the compatablity again, however they have said that it could be a faulty phone.
They suggest testing your device with another BT phone to see if the connection holds and also see if you phone has a Bluetooth power saver switched on some phones do some don't.
They have also said that you should check how your phone connects to the Tom Tom.
If you use GPRS then some phones have a time out to prevent accidental usage of WAP connections. If this is the case perhaps you could use the GSM service only?
Only suggestions, hope some of them work, it looks like I'm changing my phone now!!!!

Hi,
Just to let you know I had another reply from Sony Ericsson stating they did not support 3rd party devices and it is probably Tom Tom's fault. (pretty standard, I had 2 reponses the same as this previously)
So I have now binned the phone and got a Motorola L6 and it works perfectly.
Bye Bye Sony , Hellomoto :D
