Firmware update 3.30 for Nuvi 310 / 360

Garmin have released an update for the 310 / 360 series, but probably not much use until Jan 2007 when V9 goes on sale. Are new Nuvis, other than the 660 shipping with V9?

Fixed an address search problem with City Navigator Europe v9 map

Interestingly, it also ships with a new version of the GPS firmware, v2.90.

Given that both the Zumo and 310/360 firmwares have been released with this fix, I wonder if this will allow Garmin to start shipping these units with v9 maps once the current stocks start running out. Obviously it'll take time for the current stock in shops to be bought before new map versions will appear consistently in ships.
