Hi i am a complete beginner and the proud owner of a Garmin i3 , My question is there any way of getting a Route planned with a Via instruction , IE not just an A to B Route ! , regards Ken.. 8O |

Have you downloaded the Owner's Manual from the Garmin website? If not, you can download it from HERE. You'll find instruction for adding a via point on page 14. _________________ Anita

Excellent thanks a lot Anita .. just out of interest when i Registered my i3 with Garmin it was recognised as a Street Pilot i3, "France" though it works ok in UK is this normal ! Regards Ken.. |

I spoke to someone at Garmin a couple of months ago, and he said production of the i3 had stopped, and they had called in some units from France to satisfy the demand in the UK. I think some others who've purchased their i3 recently have found the same as you when they registered their units.
I can't understand why Garmin have stopped the i3 when it's so popular. Maybe they're about to launch a new entry-level model, or perhaps they think it's such good value they're losing sales of their more expensive models. _________________ Anita
