Hi,
I have just purchased an iCN Sat Nav, and installed the software.
I have put the speed cameras on no problems, and done a software upgrade using the desktop software. Now it will not let me install English UK. I have turned language selection on, but it says there is not enough storage.
I have deleted the Program Files folder, and the My Flash memory folder, and re synced. It starts up in English and German, and I can select english no problem. Then I do another update, and back to the same problem, where I can only select US English.

Hi
Before you started all of this, did you make a backup with active sync. If you did then go back to how it was & start over again.
In preferences have you set UK voice and saved. It usually defaults to US that’s not uncommon, after an update.
If all fails a reinstall may be your only alternative. See my other posts, it’s all explained.
Good luck
Regards.

I now also have another problem. The east midlands map has mysteriously dissapeared. When I check on the iCN, the map is there, but is red, and cannot be selected. The software shows it is there also.

Hi
Did you go to the Navman site via desktop. If not you have to get your codes to unlock your maps. That’s why Mids are red.

Look at my other posts, it will tell you how? _________________ Sharing information is the key to a better understanding
