Hi
I am thinking of upgrading my i3 to a nuvi 300.
Can I transfer my favorites by using "Easy GPS" ?
Thanks in advance.

I am not sure that if this can be done with an i3, as far as I know if you can locate your gpx file and take a copy then that holds your favourites.
Cheers

You can use EasyGPS (www.easygps.com) to save your Favourites from the i3 in a GPX file, then copy it to the Nuvi.
I did this somehow with my Nuvi. I had a folder called GPX and i copied the file there and rebooted the Nuvi. Then it loaded the favourites into the Nuvi favourites file called Current.GPX.
However i now prefer to load all my Favourites to a POI file instead as it makes it much easier to manage and move from unit to unit, leaving the Favourites for temp locations such as new cameras etc |

Exactly what I do. Makes life very easy when you have multiple devices. |
