If i pay subscription fee for the speed camera database.
1)Do i have to pay separete fees for garmin and tomtom cameras. Or is this included in one subcription charge?
2) can i upload the database for family members ? or do they have to subscribe seperatly?

There is only one fee to become a member and this allows you to download the database in any of the available formats.
As far as I can see, there is no limitation on downloading the database to multiple GPS units owned and used by the subscriber.

From my reading of the license, the answer is "No, they have to subscribe seperately."
Here is the portion of the license agreement that applies:
| Quote: | | All POI databases, including the Speed Camera Warning Database, are provided with a license for individual use. You are not allowed to copy, redistribute, concatenate or use these data in any way without the permission of the originators. |
and
| Quote: | | You may not store any content downloaded from PocketGPSWorld.com on any platform accessible to anyone apart from the purchaser, including personal computers, network computers, mobile devices, http and ftp servers. Content must not be served dynamically to more than one person, that person being the purchaser. You may not transfer ownership of our content to another party. |

So long as your subscription is active you gain access to ALL the versions and can download whichever you choose as many times as you need.
The subscription is for the sole use of the subscriber only but we're not going to chase you if you were to use this on the units of close family members. This is does not give you carte blanche to ashare it with 20 mates though
