How can I update the maps on a Navman ICN 320 please ?

I have a Navman ICN 320 but have noticed some of the maps seem to be getting a little out of date. Some not particularly new by-passes etc seem not to be recognised.
Is it possible to update the UK maps and if so how ?
I have a feeling that because I bought this entry level Navman cheap, it may be limited & may not have the facility to be updated.
Any advice would be great for a damsel in distress and also one now getting lost !

They don't actually say if the maps have been updated but iCN3xx maps come on SD card and are available from the Navman Store, here.
