bt-359 not connecting

Hi guys hope someone here can help.
Bought the Bt-359 and a fantastic product, but it has someone lost connection to my WM5 pda/phone.
I have re-created the connection and paired to it from another phone.
Problem is though the Blue Bluetooth light still slow flashes every 3 seconds as if there is no connection.
Anyone with any suggestions?

When you are in the Bluetooth settings go to the Com Port Tab and select "New OutGoing Port" select the GPS unit from the list, then select the port you want to use - Mike

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
