What you have to do depends on which Operating System you have on your PC. Generally you a program like Winzip to Unzip the download into the different POI Files, data and bitmap pairs.

What you do next depends on what Device you are trying to load the POI's on to. When we know that we can go onto the next step.;)

XP comes with its own unzipping program.

Double click on your zip folder then look across to the left Folder Tasks - Extract Files. This will give you an unzipped folder where you can copy your files to your device.

If you have XP it has it's own Unzip utility.

Right Click the Downloaded File and select Unzip. I'm not sure of the actual name it will use as I use Winzip.;)

If you have downloaded the HOME version of the Camera Files, there will be 2 Files that you are mainly interested in. The CAB and TOC Files. These are the extensions, but the Main part of the name will be the same.

If you start TomTom HOME and Click File | Preferences you will get a new window. Click the Advanced tab.

The middle line, labelled Extra Content is the location you need to make a note of. You can change it if you like to something easier to remember.

This is where you have to put the 2 camera files.

HOME will then be able to load the cameras onto your ONE for you.;)

If you can Plan a Route that passes camera locations you can run it in Demo Mode. Note that it has to be below 200% speed for the warnings to sound.

You have to set up the Warn When Near of course.
