Does TT have delivery-problems?

Hi,

I ordered my TT6 at TT on 5th Oct. - on the 12th I contacted the Support via mail when my order will be shipped. They said it is allready shipped on the 11th and should be with me within 5 working days and i can track it with the ups-number given on my order-site.

As the status there was still "Warehouse" I contacted them two days later via the helpline. There they said my copy was never dispatched but rescheduled 8O - so, the guy from the mail-support gave me a wrong info. No problem, I thought, cos thats normal with the TT-Support. Evil or Very Mad

They guy on the fone said that it should be dispatched within four days.

Last Friday i contacted them again as its been already three weeks since placing my order - they just keep saying that its been rescheduled without giving a reasone.

Has anyone else this problem? Ordering three weeks ago and didnt get it by now? Does TT have delivery-problems? Did they produce to less copies for sale cos they thought noone will buy TT6 for PDAs? Or is the software too buggy and the stopped selling it now? Some others tried to buy TT6 at amazon, and they got mails that the delivery is rescheduled till end october/beginning november

PS: Does anyone know if easydevices have TT6 in stock for sure? I contacted them cos i think if TT won't deliver within the next days i will cancel my order there and order at easydevices.

Thread can be closed - TT shipped it today.

I think TomTom are having problems shipping to UK retailers, I am watching closely several online companies to try and get the Europe version (unless my mind is changed in the mean time!) but they are expecting them anytime and its been like that over the last week!
