Que M4 help - Using SD Card for POIs

Can ANYONE help?

I have just spent 3 hours going backwards and forwards trying to figure out how to store POIs on my SD card, but the POI loader gives me an error message on each occaision.

I have been able to put these on the units main memory, however this limits me to around 20000 POIs and I need more, hence wnating to use the SD card.

Can anyone advise a a way that I can get the thing to recognise that the SD card holds POIs - or is this beyond my spanking new M4?

Any help with increasing the number of POIs available to me is appreciated at this point (By vthe way, I do have enough memory in either instance, it just refuses to recognise the files after it reaches whatever the limit is)
