camera download problems

hi. i'm trying to download the camera database for my nuvi 310d. i have downloaded the garmin poi loader to my laptop ok, and found the file i want from this site (as a first timer i was going for the single file to keep things simple), but when i press the 'download database' icon, nothing happens. i just get the option to go to the camera index, which takes me round in circles. first month subscription almost expired and going round and around in circles. help appreciated!
