Hi there can anybody help.
I purchased tomtom rider from handtech.co.uk and was promised free speed camera software with purchase. I received the following email from them after the sale but the link to get the free software just comes up as link invalid or does not exist when I click it. and when I paste it into my browser I cant see where I download the free version I can only see a bit to subscribe.. 
the email read as follows
As a valued Handtec customer, you have been given this opportunity to have the FREE Speed Camera Database.
Handtec have teamed up with Pocket GPS to supply Speed Camera Database to Handtec Customers.
NOTE: The Database file is free download as part of a promotion between Handtec and PocketGPSWorld.com. Future updates are available at either £2 per download or £19 per year from www.pocketgpsworld.com
Important information on Zip Files

There is no free download from this site! Reading the paragraph above, the files must be available from Handtech directly.
I suggest that you contact them directly.

| Ok thanks for your help. I will try again to contact handtech about it. Although I have contacted them several times and each time I receive the same email again with a link that is invalid. |

Is the link to their own site or to Pocket GPS World? If it is to Pocket GPS World then post it & we'll see if we can help.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?. Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
