This might seem a silly question but I have just changed my One for a V2 Europe. I have uploaded the camera database but can I use the same data.chk file that I had on my old TT one on the V2 to get the speed camera warnings?
My old 'One' was running V6.15 so I guess it is the same, right?
Thanks |

Yes, you are sooooooooo right!!!!! I didn;t realise that until I checked the app number.
I got my old voices for the V1 TT one from http://www.tomtomsatnav.info/realvoice.html
and they were great but they do not have V6.50.
Any ideas where to get them from?
Thanks |

Hi,
the poiextend programme is not any good for v6.50 or 6.51 as you can extract the ttn file but the programme will not load it into the application.
What you could do is extract the ogg files from the data.chk file you used and select 15 that you want to put into the TT1V2 load up the TT1V2 data.chk file and add the 15 ogg files and save now put this into the TT1V2 and assign.
If you look on this site a data.chk file is available for download at http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/tomtom-poi-alerts.php select 7390 for your TT1 will do the job untill the poiextend prog is updated. |
