Hi I have just installed safety cameras on my tomtom one they seem to be working what I would like to know should they tell me the speed limit of the cameras

The Camera POI will only tell you the Speed if you have used the Speed Zoned Download.

Then you would also need to set up Warn When Near in Manage POI.
