Speed cameras in Europe

I am shortly to drive to Germany and then to France. I have the Speed cameras from this site loaded onto my Tom Tom (PDA) in OV2 format.

How can i get the latest edn for Germany and France or indeed Europe? Or is the one i have a complete list?
