can anyone help?tomtom home states there are no devices found,it's connected to the cradle ok because it's charging i've tried different usb ports but nothing(help).ps.it's a go 510

Try reseting the 510, poke the reset hole with a paperclip or similar (its underneath the device near the cradle connector - check the manual if unsure) - Mike

switch off home.. connect your tomtom to the PC usb port without the sd card installed and switch it on..

windows should beep and it should show up as portable storeage device in explorer/mycomputor..

make sure windows is seeing the device else home will not see it.. mine always seems to connect more reliably without the card installed so do my card readers..

once connected u can insert the card.. if windows see it so should home..
