European camera database

Hi,

I've just (yesterday evening) bought a 2820 and subscribed to the PocketGPSWorld camera database.
I'm off to France tomorrow morning for a 2 week driving holiday, so am looking for a european camera database. I have a couple of questions about that:

1) Could someone point me at the definitive French or European camera database?
2) If I load a european camera database, I assume that it will include UK cameras as well, and thus, I'll get multiple notifications of each approaching camera. Is the only way to get around this to manually delete the UK cameras from the European database before I upload it to the 2820?

Choose your type of system and select telechargement.
No UK cameras on this site.
Use www.pocketgpsworld.com cameras for UK.
