Mobile Speed Camera Still Warning Me After 1/2 A Mile

I own a Garmin StreetPilot C550. I have also tryed this on a friends StreetPilot C330 (with the same problem).

All the speed cameras work fine with no problem on it, except for one, A Mobile one (7061). It warns me that there is a mobile speed camera and speed limit is 40MPH. Not not after the speed camera position, the speed limit changes to National Speed Limit, but the Garmin is still alarming 1/2 mile later on saying I should be doing 40MPH. I've looked on the POI database and says the nearest camera is the one that it was warning me about, outside the Royal Oak pub and still alarms to the roundabout my Winifred Lane (Near Ormskirk - Liverpool area).

I'd be extreamly greatful if anyone would know why as it is really annoying.

Looking at the location:-
The camera is very close to the split in the road[dual cariageway].
Your units are confusing which is your direction of travel, and therefore still warning you of the approach to the same camera!!!!!
What mapping software are you using[v7 or v8]?
Are you 'navigating' a route or just driving?

It would seem a good idea to ask the database to move it slighltly into the 40mph zone away from the split!
N53 33.284 W2 54.566 at 118 Liverpool road????

Thanks Stubble. I'm using Version 8 and haven't tried it "Navigating" only with just driving.
