Have you checked to see if the POIs are loaded on your device and have been activated - see page 46 of your manual.
Are you saying that what you have loaded onto your device do not work How have you checked to see that they do not work _________________ Gee-Pee

Can you see it as a Mobile Device in My Computer?
Check if you have the folder:
\My Flash Disk\Navman\Lightning\Navman\MYPOI
If the MYPOI folder is not there then create it at this location as you would create any other folder in windows. |

Are you saying that Navman’s Desktop app will not detect SD card? Check which version of MS ActiveSync you have installed. If it’s 4+ and you don’t have any other new WinCE/PocketPC device which require it, try removing it and installing 3.7. iCN 530 has WinCE 4.2 kernel and that one, for some weird reason only M$ knows, prefers older versions of ActiveSync.
If you add speed cameras manually to MYPOI directory, as Stanley_Tweedle mentioned, make sure that you have all three components -- .map, .bm and .ini. If parameters set in .ini are not correct, it will still not work (i.e. they may show on the map and in searches but you get no warnings). |

Hmm. I use ActiveSync 4.1 and transfer to iCN530, iCN550, iCN635, iCN750 and don't have any problems whatever. _________________ Tim |
