changed from tom tom to garmin. need help

I have just changed from tom tom go 700 to garmin (using poi loader i3 nuvi etc) with a kenwood stereo.
I have downloaded sound files of camera warnings for my tom tom and wonder if and how i can do the same for the garmin system.
also i have a previously downloaded french speed camera files. (with over 400 camera locations) from another website (i think it was french?) but i cant remember the web address. would you know it (the pocket gps europe camera database only has something like 10 french cameras.

The only camera warnings sounds I have heard are for Tom Tom only. They cannot be used on your Garmin
