mio 168 set up hanging at voice selection

Hi all,
I have deleted the VOICES folder in the TT5 SD card and recreated it (on advisment from TT support as they said my voices files are currpt) and d\loaded the standard voices from the TT Plus Site.
However they do ask for the activation code, problem is when TT5 starts to install it hangs at the voice selection stage indefinately! Crying or Very sad

I have a card reader, Mio Digiwalker168.
i'm sure I must be doing something wrong somewhere! where else can I find the relevent code? if thats all I need to do.

Can anyone help?

You can get it from TT's website - however to get it you will need to input the product code, which is the code on the credit card-shaped bit of plastic that came with your original software.
