TomTom Go 710 - Dutch postcode option

I bought my new TomTom Go 710 only a couple of weeks ago so am only just getting used to it, and think I can recall that when following navigating to a postcode, it gave me the option of GB or NL when hitting the postode icon after the address icon.

I'm now trying to navigate to a Dutch postcode, but the choice now seems to have disappeared, taking me straight into the listing of GB postcodes.

Just wondering - has something become messed up (it did lock up on me and I had to reset it), or have I inadvertently switched off a menu option somewhere.

If anyone could help me with some expert advice please I'd be really grateful. When connecting to tomtom home, it appears the unit still has the Dutch postcode files loaded in the Zip folder, Nederland.postal, and Nederlandpostal.ver if that's relevant?
