I dont think this is posted any where else so for anyone wanting to know how to add speed cameras to I-Go this is how.
1) Get iGo POI explorer beta (link in post) http://my.pdamill.com/viewtopic.php?t=1896&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
2) Download the Pocket GPS camera db
3) Import the *.asc POI files found in Mio Map CE folder/Uk speed zone complete.
4) You will have to repeat for each type of camera (if there is a better way please let me know)
4) Connect via active sync
5) export to pda
Now all the cameras should be on there.
One thing I have found is that it now takes a good 3-5 minutes to load iGo on my XDA2i. I have tried hiding half the cameras in the hope it speeds loading but still the same time. Hopefully fixed in the autum/winter upgrade.
This is my first guide so be gentle with me if I'm stating the obvious but I haven't seen this anywhere else. |

Does this allow you to get a warning when approaching a camera? If not it is not very useful.
I have not seen this option in I-GO, and it as option that needs to be added for me (and others I have spoken to) to buy a copy. |

I cant find anywhere to get a warning either. I have set it to be visable from 1km but there is no option for audio warnings. Would make this a serous condender to tom tom |

I have followed all steps as indicated but with no joy. The iGO POI explorer informs me that the database has been transfered to my device but I cannot find any evidence of this.
Can anyone help please? |

I can not really find this option anywhere...
With regards to the speed cams... Which POI warning application would work with WM5 and the IGO? |
