Navman 520 problems

Hiya i am just wondering if anyone will help, i need simple instuctions.
I have subscribed, when i click to download the speed cameras and choose my device it downloads but when i come to add it on my software by clicking map and addin the program and opening it, it comes up with unknow file format. Can anyone tell me what to do as i am confused.

Have you had a read through the Navman specific instruction which can be found HERE the download is zipped up so for a start unzip the file to reveal the camera data - Mike
