mapsource problem uploading to Garmin nuvi310

I have made a new route on mapsource, saved it and then the dialog box says 'successfully sent to device'

I then try to check where it is on my Nuvi 310 and it is now where to be found.

I search the devices through the USB and find it on the SD card, but i am unable to use it on the GPS

Can anyone help me. Find where the routes go on the device and how to use them?
