TT G500

Bluetooth 'enable' icon is greyed out - does anyone have a solution?
I've upgraded to the latest OS, software reset, hardware reset, you name it, i've tried.

Is there a firmware (rom / linux?) update available?

Any thoughts about what may be causing this fault?

This fault is often caused by the unit being a TomTom GO Classic
