TT5 and SPV C500

Have i wasted my money ?
bought spv c500 to use TT5
bougth 2 off ebay tt5s and a bt gps. but couldnt get anything to work#

now bought a cosha TT5 package (new) but still cant get it to work. i have copied sd card onto pc using my ipac 2210 then copied it to the sd card on the spv. but still cant get it to work.
I have upgraded the traffic plug in.
All i get is a few setting options, language, time, mph but then I am unable to select a voice or map (not present)
Next problem.
THE tomtom pack I have purchased says compatable with Nokia 3230,6260,6600,6630,6670,6680,6681,7610,7710,9300,9500 & N90.

is this my problem ?

Tomtom support web has been down all day so i cant do anything

I thought the software would work after installing the traffic plug in.

Once the tt site is back up would a upgrade to v5.2 do it?

Changing my package is not an option as it was bougth from ebay (it is new and was unopened and a payed a fair price.

it can only be a software problem and as i have a genuine product i would think i could update it to the spv c500 v it thats the problem.

please help as i have gone a long way round and spent a lot of money getting no where.

There is a specific version of tomtom for mobiles for the C500 as opposed to the one for some Nokia's.
Looks like you have the wrong version.

download the windows mobile app from the tomtom website and it shuld work fine
