Seidio G2500 GPS mount for Ipaq

I have bought the following, a Seidio G2500 mount for my Ipaq H2210. It has one slight fault the speaker is a little quiet.

Is there any way I can open it up and swap the Speaker for a louder one?

Also it seams that the power out isnt charging my Tomtom blutooth GPS. I have tested the connection and it says its giving 5v out and the receiver says thats the correct voltage, but it wont charge the receiver.
