Idiots Guide to loading Tom Tom maps onto IPAQ 6515 please

As a total newcomer I need a 'this is what you do' step by step, to get the additional maps from my CD onto my IPAQ.

I've tried unzipping, cut and pasting into tom tom directory, nothing...

I have TT 5.21 running with a city map running that was downloaded from the TT site. I can't seem to be able to add more!?

Windows XP on the PC and the latest pocket windows on the IPAQ.

Help or pointing to a source appreciated..
