TomTom Using Itinerary planning nokia 6630, have a problem?

I have used Autoroute to plan my route from Stoke-on-Trent to Italy. Have converted the Autoroute file to .itn format however, when I select the itinerary on my phone, the phone finds the file, but the starting address and the destination address have a line through? The tomtom then wants to navigate a route (asks me for the shortest/ fastest etc) is this correct any help would be most welcome.

If itinerary items are not on maps that you have loaded they will be greyed out. Be aware that TomTom does not do cross map routing. Most probably you want the Italy Plus map loaded (assuming you know how to get onto the closest motorway from where you live).
