You will be aware of the problems that Mio 510/710 owners are having with the camera database on these units - it was initially very inaccurate and is only being very gradually corrected. I and other users have been trying to find ways of importing the PGPSW camera database to replace it.
In the meantime, it is natural that subscribers to the PGPSW database will enter some of the cameras from the file manually, and delete the Mio cameras that don't exist on PGPSW.
We know that every time anyone connects their 510/710 to the Mio website to 'sync' the latest database, Mio's computer copies all the updates that they have entered. Mio are quite open about this on their website:

A database of speed camera locations with free downloadable updates for the first year is integrated in the two devices. Users can enter additional camera locations should they find them. If several users identify the same new camera location Mio will then verify the camera and make their locations available for all registered owners to download.

The obvious result of this activity is that as more and more Mio users manually update their units from PGPSW and sync with Mio's website, Mio will eventually have collected a copy of the PDPSW database to circulate free of charge to Mio users. Furthermore, we have only been promised 'free' updates by Mio for one year. After the year is up they may charge us for updates to a database that has gradually been collected free of charge from PGPSW and other sources.
You might like to consider what your policy is on this.
Speaking for myself, I would much rather be able to subscribe to PGPSW and update my 710 directly, than go through this unsatisfactory route. I suspect I'm not alone in this.
