Downloading Speed Cameras!!!

Hi,

Can anyone help and point me in right direction!!!I have joined the pocket gps website and downloaded the latest speed camera csv files,Gatso etc...I have put it on my desktop on computer!!!I double click my poi icon which finds the Garmin nuvi,it have then asks me to point to the csv files,which automatically seems to do!!How does it know to use the updated data base as it doesnt even point to that folder!!!What am i doing wrong as when do point to that data base it says there are no files that are required in them!!!!
