Is there any way of seeing how much space I have remaining on my i3? Also, if I were to purchase a micro sd card and insert it into the empty slot on my i3, when I connect to the computer, would POI loader just treat the card as an extension to the built in storage, or would it ask me where I wanted to store the POI's?
Thanks 8) |

from my experiance...and its limited..ive only had the i3 for a week or 2....when u connect the i3 to a pc via the usb,,,you cannot see whats on the memory card...i couldnt even write a tiny poi file on to the card....after reading on this forum i got myself a sd card adaptor...got it of ebay for a couple of quid....i took out the trans flash card from the i3 placed it into the adaptor card...now i didnt have a reader but i have a camera that takes sd cards so i placed the adaptor card in my camera and connected to pc...and could see i had plenty of space left on the card...something like 70meg of space...so i used the poi installer software and placed the poi`s on to the card using the camera....then took out the card replaced it into the i3 and heypresto all poi`s are there....inshort i found the i3 not to be able to write to my card....you hear it connect to the pc with the usual win xp ding dong on usb,,,but cant see it as a drive.

As I can't remove the internal memory, is there a way for me to see the remaining space on my i3? |
