Nuvi 360 System Software Missing problem

I installed the latest firmware from the garmin website which was released on the 14th August.

Since doing it I try and turn my Nuvi on but all I get is 'System Software Missing' and it will not allow me to do anything.

The PC does not recognise it so can not roll back the software, what can I do to re-install an earlier version of firmware please?
