i have ttg updated to 6.14. I have downloaded and installed Home. But when i connect my device it Say's no maps found.
I noticed when i first connected, it said missing component do you wish to download. i sad yes and it somehow failed.
Can anyone help as the planner is the only thing i am interested in |

Try unistalling TomTom Home via Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, then start again. _________________ Colin

it apparently succeeded the download, because otherwise you would not have seen the 'No maps found' error.
The old 2004 maps are not recognized. Newer maps (at least v5xx and higher) are being recognized.
TomTom is aware of this issue and ha smentioned that they will bring out a fix shortly. _________________ GO1005

Cheers. That makes sense to me. I contactacted tomtom, and they failed to mention that. there last suggestion was to update to version 6.14 which i inforned them i had. Now they have gone all quiet. i really don't have the cash to splash on a new map. i will have to wait on tt to sort it out
